Panglao Island is the next world-class resort island in the Philippines. This is an extension of Bohol with mesmerizing beaches.

Next in your list must be Dumaguete. It is not a resort, but it is located within a range of few best, including Sipalay, Siquijor, idyllic Apo Island, and Dauin.
